WOOD4ALL: Best practice project award

We are delighted that our WOOD4ALL project has been recognised as a best-practice example of the HR Excellence Initiative of the UAR Innovation Network with an LT1 contribution and prize money of €10,000!

This award confirms our long-standing commitment to equal opportunities and gender competence in a technical research institution. As a company, we have been committed to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions in the technological and organisational field for many years.

With a balanced mix of different modules - gender competence, public relations, work-life balance, mentoring and career development - we have further consolidated and realigned our gender and diversity competence as part of the project. We are proud to have made a sustainable contribution to the further development of our organisation and our employees through targeted measures.

The award was presented by Markus Achleitner, Provincial Councillor for Economics and Research, Wilfried Enzenhofer, Managing Director of UAR - Upper Austrian Research GmbH, and Bettina Kern, Managing Partner of KERN engineering careers, representing the jury.
