Diese nahtlos integrierten Sensoren schaffen einen deutlichen Mehrwert: Sie sind umweltfreundlicher als herk\u00f6mmliche L\u00f6sungen, ben\u00f6tigen keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Tr\u00e4germaterialien und f\u00fcgen sich ohne Sollbruchstelle in den Holzverbund ein.<\/p><p>Die Grundlage daf\u00fcr bildet die laserinduzierte Graphitisierung (LIG), mit der die Holzoberfl\u00e4che ohne zuvor aufgebrachte Beschichtungen direkt elektrisch leitf\u00e4hig gemacht wird. Mit einem Simulationsmodell der Laserbehandlung und einer umfangreichen Studie zur Ermittlung der optimalen Laserparameter, wurden Einstellungen identifiziert, welche die direkte Umwandlung von Holz in elektrisch leitf\u00e4higes Graphit erm\u00f6glicht. Das Ergebnis sind robuste, pr\u00e4zise und skalierbare Sensorstrukturen.<\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #b37652;\"><strong>Wirkungen und Effekte<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>Die entwickelten Sensoren ersetzen externe Messsysteme. Gleichzeitig reduziert das Verfahren Abfallstoffe und erm\u00f6glicht nachhaltige End-of-Life\u2011Strategien. Durch die neuartige Technologie wird Holz zu einem aktiven, datenf\u00e4higen Baustoff. Damit entstehen neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr intelligente Bauteile, adaptive Konstruktionen und nachhaltige Produktionsprozesse &#8211; ein entscheidender Schritt in Richtung digitalisierter und ressourcenschonender Holzverarbeitung und Holznutzung &#8211; va. f\u00fcr das Bauwesen.<\/p><p>Entwickelt wurde das Verfahren im Zuge des FFG Moduls i<sup>3<\/sup>Sense am Bereich Massivholz und Verbundwerkstoffe in Tulln mit einem herk\u00f6mmlichen CO<sub>2<\/sub> Laser. Die kommerziell verf\u00fcgbare Technologie ist somit skalier f\u00e4hig und kann auf gro\u00dfformatigen Bauteilen angewandt werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
