Diese Videos sollen nicht nur dazu beitragen, Frauen in der Forschung sichtbarer zu machen, sondern auch andere M\u00e4dchen und Frauen ermutigen, Karrieren in der Forschung zu verfolgen. Wir hoffen, dass diese Videos auch dazu beitragen, die Bedeutung der Chancengleichheit und Vielfalt in der Forschungsgemeinschaft zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p><p>Das n\u00e4chste Mitglied unserer WOOD4ALL-Videoserie &#8220;Frauen in der Forschung&#8221; ist Nachwuchsforscherin bei Wood K plus. Au\u00dferdem ist sie Doktorandin der Doctorate School Advanced Biorefineries: Chemistry &amp; Materials an der BOKU. Sie kannte Wood K plus bereits aus mehreren Kursen, die sie w\u00e4hrend ihres Masterstudiums an der BOKU belegte.
